Voting Open for Naming The Marshals Mascot

Starting today, November 7th until 5:00 PM MST on November 17th the Rapid City Marshals are looking for your help to choose the name of the Marshals Mascot. More than 85 name suggestions have been submitted and Marshals administration has narrowed down the options to five final options. 

Voting is by online poll which has been sent out to the Marshals email list as well as on website and social media. At the time of this story which was an hour after the poll had been created there were already 31 votes with the name "Rowdy" taking the lead.
